He should bring up legislation. But he won’t. It’s much easier to bitch about the opposition and rile up his base to be even more rabid. Same old tricks. Not working so much anymore.

On the day of the shooting he was whining about bringing up legislation, anything, even if my Republican colleagues don’t agree with all of my gun control, just something, anything to make this stop within a couple hours of the shooting all the bodies were still warm.
