I truly believe the internet amplifies most of this madness and dysfunction. You can enter into a place of unreality.

The trans-cult uses it to get unwary kids into the cult. And they don’t have any checks on it like they would in the real world. That old cartoon with the dog typing on the computer saying to his other dog friend “On the internet nobody knows you’re a dog” is true.

I’m guessing there are websites for people that think that they are dogs where they can reinforce each other.

Bring in the internet first-shooter games that some people are really into and “live” and I imagine that plays a part too.

I agree 100%. Philosophers and Theologians could point at a lot of things in the Post Modern world that have lead us to this point.

It seems unworldly, though, a war between Good and Evil that we can neither postpone nor avoid.

I love, love, love the internet so much but I honestly believe if the internet went down and all smartphones became useless bricks-- the world would be better off. Social media is absolute trash. Young children shouldn't be on social media at all.
