A report I saw about 4:30 said he was being pursued by Border Patrol agents and got in a firefight with Border Patrol agents and was killed. Have not seen any other mention of it since.
No, not true. Had one on the scene on Fox News saying BP coming to aid after APB went out, but it was the local sheriff’s deputies who were chasing him (and subsequently killed him).
And I’m not sure about the chasing part. He might have not been in a hot pursuit, as the video showing him running into the schools has no cops or sirens blaring.
