AUSA Brittain Shaw is now questioning Allison Sands who works at ROKU. She worked at FBI from 2016-19.

Sands was the lead case agent investigating the Alfa Bank allegation. She worked on the case with Heide.

She received the white paper from Heide who said they were opening a cyber investigation.

Sands said the first thing she did was reach out to more experienced cyber agents to discuss the white paper the fbi had received. A computer scientist on the squad — Carl Speer (SP) — assisted with the investigation.
