Factor in sex & age and it’s probably more like 4% of the population doing 50% of the crime.

That’s nationally, which is a staggering statistic. In some cities and states, the percentage of crimes committed by blacks is closer to 90%.

The number that would really tell the tale would be young black males (say age 16 to 30) as a percent of the population compared to percent of the crime.
Probably that would be greater than a factor of ten.
