Sounds like the school needs to vet its employees a bit better:
I dunno. I can imagine writing a recommendation for, e.g., a coworker with a good work ethic and a friendly demeanor - without knowing about his sexual orientation or "family situation."
I might also write a positive evaluation for a diligent, intelligent pupil of mine - without knowing that his parents are a "homosexual couple."
Let's cut them some slack. They might have been kept in the dark about the more-unsavory aspects of the child's home life.

That’s precisely what I was thinking. If the friends working in the school knew the “parents” are homosexual they’d have steered them away in a heartbeat.
If the workers believed the lifestyle would be acceptable in a Christian school, then they’re bad and ignorant employees.
Maybe the school has lesbian teachers.
