And this happened when??
Trump's lack of "predictability" was his strength.
Biden's "predictability" is his weakness.
How does Fiona Hill conclude that Putin feeling the need to "continually explain" is a failing?
When your opponent is WRONG, then conceding his explanation is also WRONG!
LOL - was she there?
(seriously- was she? I didn’t read the article) :)
Trump came from the real world where actual results matter.
Biden could speak “diplomese” but look at his failure at nearly every foreign policy he supported.
Including the invasion of Ukraine.
When I think I am being buillsh*tted I always ask them to repeat themselves just in case I am the one not getting it.
Usually I’ve gotten it quite correct.
After all these years, with all of the opportunities available to observe the results of what Trump did, most people (and most politicians and bureaucrats, who should be smart enough to figure it out) still miss the fact that Trump is not a typical politician despite being at the apex of politics. He is a businessman who has dealt with some of the sharpest minds in the country, and beating them at their own game. Trump knows how to read people very well, and how to outsmart them. The very fact that the only presidency during which Putin did not invade a neighboring country was his presidency, speaks volumes. Another fact is that he beat every politician that he went up against on his first run for office to become President of the United States. How, after that, do you dare to underestimate such a person? The only way is for such a person to be profoundly stupid.
Yeah Trump was giving Putin the third degree by making Putin justify his position...especially since Putin chooses to speak in Russian despite, I’m pretty sure he understands English. It wan’t that Trump had concentration issues but rather his style puts everyone on the spot to explain right down to the last detail to make sure everyone one was on the same page and that there would be no “sly misunderstandings” of what is and what is not!
Anti-Trump impeachment “witness” Fiona Hill is just doing her job as a Soros apologist.
What this woman says makes no sense. I really doubt Putin had Fiona Hill as a confidante.
I don’t speak Russian either.
Dosvadanya.

Hill then goes on to say that Biden was a more acceptable negotiating partner for Putin because he could be fooled.
This is how far the left has to go to explain why there was peace during Trump's administration, and war during Biden's watch.
True or not, it kept Putin from taking up arms against his neighbors, which he did during Obama and Biden.
It is a common negotiating tactic to keep your opposite explaining.
“He thought that somebody like Biden, who’s a transatlanticist, who knows all about NATO, who actually knows where Ukraine is, and actually knows something about the history, and is very steeped in international affairs, would be the right person to engage with as opposed to somebody that you have to explain everything to all the time, honestly,” the former national security official added.
And gosh, look how well that has worked out for Ukraine. How stupid is Fiona Hill?
Just who does she hate more?
Putin or Trump.
Roger Stone sounded the alarm about this woman early in the Trump admin: unfortunately Trump didn’t follow the warning.
Fiona’s dinner party invitations must have dried up since working for the Trump admin.
Isn’t it possible that Trump was trying to get Putin to repeat his lies and drilled down on the lies by making him repeat and repeat them? It is certainly a known negotiation tactic, as well as a tactic used in courtrooms.
But leftists, of course, always think they are always the smartest gals in the room.
Trump certainly doesn’t have biden’s level of comprehension.
