Is it Russian propaganda that the Ukes were driven out of Mariupol?
I see a lot of stuff in the Daily Mail and elsewhere about Russia’s losses. What do you suppose Ukraine’s losses are? Hint: they’re worse. That shouldn’t come as a surprise. Russia has air superiority.
Not in the way that phrase is normally used in referring to US air superiority. The Ukrainian air force still operates and causes significant damage to the Russian ground, navy, and air forces.
The Russian air force's flight activity is heavily constrained by Ukrainian air defenses and operations.
If it wasn't then we would have to conclude that their air operations were extraordinarily ineffective.
