And what’s even worse is, the subsequent three years of mortalities didn’t even hit 30 a year. The DPR don’t dispute this at all.

Pavel Gubarev isn't a nazi and this isn't 2014 anymore. I'm not sure Gubarev even lives in DPR anymore...he's certainly not part of the DPR political structure so your point is moot.
