There goal all along has been to liberate the ethnically Russia people in Donbass of eight-years of persecution and death at the hands of neo-Nazis and Ukrainian nationals that sought to exterminate them and to build a land bridge from Crimea to at least Mariupol and, ultimately, to Transnistria.
