The Senate on Monday overwhelmingly advanced a $40 billion Ukraine aid package that easily passed the House last week but had stalled in the upper chamber because of an objection from Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.).
Senators voted 81 to 11 to end debate on a motion to proceed to the legislation, setting up a final vote on the bill for later in the week.

I'm in favor of providing weapons to Ukraine to allow them to defeat the Russian invasion, but with the Dem/Neocon chokehold on foreign policy/defense it appears it is not possible to provide aid to Ukraine in a way to deny the usual suspects (no doubt including the Big Guy) their cut.
Plenty of Assistant Democrats to give Senile Joe what he wants.

The injured men are currently in Russian hands, hopefully receiving treatment. There is supposed to be a prisoner exchange, hopefully happening faster than former Russian involved prisoner exchanges like after WW2.
