Uh anyone who has been following the Ukraine war closely would know who he is. Actually I’ve always been a bit suspicious of him since he’s obviously pro-Russian and he has been reporting from areas totally under Ukrainian control and it would not surprise me if the Ukrainian forces were to take him out.
He did go missing for awhile, apparently he was abducted by the Ukrainian forces, but then reappeared unscathed. That seemed odd since he been so vociferously critical of Ukraine and apologetic towards the Russian perspective. Unlike you I question the narrative no matter which side it comes from.

Too Long; Didn't Read version: Lira just unplugged from social media for a while, attempted to edit his Wikipedia entry under a new account name, got caught and had the new account banned, then a few days later started posting again on social media claim he was arrested by the SBU.
His thread on Kiwi Farms started Nov. 18, 2017, is now 187 pages, 3,739 posts long (as of a minutes ago), and cover his online scamming going back to 2013.
For ten years, he has invented and reinvented his online presence as a fake economist, website thief, fake dating and pick up guru, fake MGTOW, fake alt-right, fake anti-globalist, fake pro-Russia, and fake international political expert.
So, yeah, if the anti-Ukraine, pro-Russia crowd around here wants to use him as a trusted, go ahead and do it.
Just don't say I didn't warn you.
