Adams seems to have been hit on the head and lost all his street smarts and experience. You want a gun? Go to New Lots Avenue in Brooklyn. There are dealers working from car trunks there. No permits, no background checks, no nothing. Cash only. Law has nothing to do with it, except to make sure the victims are unarmed.
