there’s no monetary motive for corruption here ... zero ... and politically this a 100% loser ... it’s nothing more than a consequence of appointing incompetent ideological hacks to run the FedGov based purely on their skin color or LGBQWERTness ...
Attributing this to stupidity instead of the obviously apparent malice is actually defending the left/DS.

These days, I would actually reverse it and say to never attribute to stupidity that which is easily explained by malice.
