Given the amounts they produce, if there was a bacterial infection it would have likely been more widespread than 2 people. My guess is this is two cases of people not cleaning the baby bottle.

And the fact that it was enough to get the government to shut down the largest U.S. supplier of formula on a 'suspicion' says a great deal about the fragility of our system and the corrosive element government 'oversight' really is. My guess is that somebody didn't get paid.

if there was issues with the powder their R+D department would have caught it.
I agree it was in the water or the parent did not clean the bottles properly.
