The last meal should be reasonable. Nothing about his request is reasonable. Is he planning on leaving some for the other death row inmates?
I would tell him he has had enough prison food in the last 40+ years he doesn’t need a last meal.
Ok - a bowl of ice cream. And tell him “This is the last cold thing you will EVER have.”
