Ca will appeal to the full court and win and lose at the SC..again
Hopefully the Supreme Court, like may happen with Roe v Wade will decide that states can no longer infringe upon the constitution and invalidate federal, state, and local gun laws (offering that the alternative would be to allow restrictions on speech, etc.). Maybe this court can clear the decks on federal, state, and local laws that violate the constitution. Let everyone change the constitution, 2nd amendment, if they want different results.
