“Testing positive” does NOT mean that there is an active infection. It only means that COVID-19 virus particles were detected by a nasal swab, and there are any number of ways to interpret that finding. Bad technique, perhaps, or a faulty test, or just propaganda to keep the masses on edge.
Not even necessarily C19 particles. Could be an old remnant from a cold or flu infection of whatever type.
Well that’s why I don’t buy it that people actualy have covid if they’re just reporting they “tested” positive.
I have a friend in central Pa who has two adult kids in their 40’s both are ‘sick’ and were tested for covid ‘after’ they came down with symptoms. There’s many who are getting tested weekly or every so often without symptoms.
