50 times more addictive than heroin. 100 times stronger than morphine. All it takes is 2 milligrams — the equivalent of a few grains of sand — to kill a healthy adult. Fentanyl, a synthetic opioid, is now linked to more deaths of Americans under 50 than heart disease, cancer, or all other accidents. Fentanyl poisoning accounts for more deaths of American youth than heroin, meth, cocaine, and all prescription drugs combined.
According to the CDCP, more than 100,000 deaths occurred in the last 12 months due to drug overdose, up nearly 40% from the previous period. Fentanyl is the primary driver of this alarming increase. And most shocking, more than 75% of these deaths are among 14- to 23-year-olds.
So where are all the PSA warnings? Why haven’t we heard more about these horrifying statistics? More importantly, what can we do to stop this?

Yet many people do it daily and are fine.. minus the addiction and stupidity.

China doesn’ have to fight this country - it’s killing our male population with Fentanyl and women are killing the next male population and generations that would have followd with abortion.

Well this is the thing. Their web site does not clarify that. If you are taking pills that you did not get from a doctor, you are at risk. Why is this SO hard to understand and abide by?
Don’t just take a pill because your friend hands it to you. If these kids are so smart, why do they do this incredibly stupid stuff?
Not all died and those who don't are hooked for life until they do die.

To be truthful, I don't have an answer but I do know there is an epidemic of epic proportions in drug usage going on.
I tried cocaine once at a party back in the 70's and I knew immediately that I would never try it again or else I would get hooked.
On the weekends I watch either the History channel or Nat Geo which deals with every aspect of drugs from the cartels in Central America, to street sellers in the U.S. and the fools who try to fly international while smuggling drugs........For any adult with teenagers, I would recommend you have them watch these series.......
The next fear is that of Krokodil getting a foot hold here in the U.S. It got its start in Russia and is currently rapidly spreading across Europe.
