Agree. Getting rid of 10% just means that about 80% will be there to undermine and subvert his efforts at reforming the company. In a company of snowflakes I would estimate that only about 10% want to do a good job and are worth keeping.

You have to get lawyers involved for legal reasons. You have to hire a human resources guy to make a manual to remove leftards etc.

Pareto’s principle will be the basic formula re who to keep and who to show the door to.
20% of the employees create positive results 80% of the time. These people are the ones to keep and keep motivated.
