If the leaker is a clerk, whosever it is should recuse themselves for this and all the upcoming cases for which he worked. In our system, the process of reaching a verdict is the most important thing. We let murderers free if the evidence against him was improperly gathered. The justice whose hire caused the leak should respect the process.

They should be fired, disbarred and criminally prosecuted. Oh, and shunned by civil society.
