He may not look good but a blanket on his lap and a possible limp are not going to kill him off anytime soon.
Putin is a mortal. He's aging. He grew up in the Soviet Union so he probably did not have the best nutrition. That said, he may have another 10 years to live if disease or cancer did not get to him first. He's not a drinker so that is helping him.
