A “leading theory” by whom? Liberals in the MSM?
From a non partisan standpoint the only theory that makes sense given the risk is that liberals leaked it to rile up their base before the 2022 elections.
Also — I doubt any clerks leaked it. Coupled with the WH leaks under Trump I believe the democrat party has surveillance apparatus in place and can leak anything they want whenever.

"There's another theory that it was an outraged liberal clerk, but I think the only one that makes sense is that it came from somebody who was afraid this majority might not hold.
