No doubt that the US provided a tremendous amount of support to the USSR during WWII. Studebaker trucks and Jeeps became a large component of the Russian arsenal. Grain and Spam were on their table. But the one thing we didn't provide were bodies. for every American killed in WWII, 65 Russians were killed.

Don’t forget that Russia/SU also invaded Poland, Norway and Finland on their own, incurring severe casualties there.

The U.S. gave Russia about 8,000 railroad engines and boxcars/flatbed cars during WW2 as well as hundreds if not thousands of aircraft including the P39 Aircobras.
