I watch Flightradar24 throughout the day. There are a ton of surveillance flights over Poland and Romania every day, from us, NATO, Great Britain, and I’ve even seen an Italian jet doing figure 8s over Poland. At this very moment there is a U.S. Global Hawk drone flying over the middle of the black sea.

Yes and it will occur to Russia to shoot such planes down at some point as a message and warning.
