I just came back from two weeks in Uganda, a generally peaceful country.
Uganda is resident to approximately 1.2 to 1.5 MILLION refugees from South Sudan and the Democratic Rep. of the Congo. These refugees were not pushed into Uganda as refugees because of racist white people. They lost their homes and country to other AFRICANS! Maybe tribal or religious but certainly not racist causes.

I am no expert on Africa but neither am I blind. I was in the refugee camps and in Kampala. Not many white folks around and certainly none in government.

Actually, Africa was a peaceful, prosperous, environmentally sensitive, high-tech paradise -- until white colonialists imported racism, hatred, slavery, and war.

All of black Africa's problems today are a legacy of white colonialism.

Black on black crime is not called racism. Whites on black or blacks on white or any race vs another race, is called racism.

Remember, democrats want it to be white on blacks or on any other race. What a race does to others of the same race, is not called racism.

If you're white, you are racist because of your skin, and your actions to help other races are also racist, since, you're only doing it to help you and your race feel good about yourselves. You can't win if your skin is white.

So, yeah, horsefeathers, but, it's not applicable in the case(s) you mentioned. Now, if the blacks (Africans) thought of themselves as white while they were committing their dastardly acts, then, they were being racist. ;)
