I guess you missed Russia’s UN ambassador yesterday clearly and repeatedly recognizing Ukrainian sovereignty and independence.
If Russia does not say this is a civil war then why are you saying that?

Nor did I miss where Russia agreed to support Donetsk People's Republic and Lubansk People's Republic.
Why am I saying civil war? Because Kiev/Ukraine shelled Donetsk for 8 years when everybody assumed Donetsk was part of Ukraine.
