Until they take that ‘compelling evidence’ to court and get people charged, tried, convicted, and jailed then this has no more meaning than the other side’s claims of free and fair elections has.

I think you are correct that we have made no progress in the courts, in that their leaders are not going to jail, but to suggest this has no "meaning" is going too far. I think one mistake my side made was to assume that all we had to do was investigate the voting machines. I believe some of those clams had some merit, but that approach ignored the obvious problems of ballot box stuffing and sloppy voting by mail systems.
