Roberts could end this crap today by releasing the decision but he hopes the intimidation will cause a judge to flip IMHO
If any judge “flips” from what’s in the leaked draft, the Left will perceive (perhaps rightly so) that adequate threats of violence can be used to dictate any ruling they desire.
That’s potentially the worst part of this.
