I wouldn’t know. In any case Russia vs. Ukraine is not a civil war. Both are sovereign countries that have previously recognized each others sovereignty and exchanged diplomats.
Around January the Putinistas started up with this crap that ‘Ukraine isn’t really a country’ and claiming that it was part of Russia.
Feel free to check that.
