The parents that encourage kids to be Trans are committing the worst type of parental malpractice. The only thing that could be worse is encouraging your kid to be a criminal or pimping them out. And, IMHO, encouraging them to be Trans is a form of the latter.
There is no parent in the world that wants their kids to be trans.
