You got it. Believe it or not the dems have put some thought into these seemingly nonsensical agencies and will use them to promote their hard left agenda
I have seen this up close. A refinery was built in Norco, Louisiana in the early 1900’s. Great resource for the military in WW1. Neighborhoods sprouted up right up against the plant. Cheap housing. Now, community activists are up in arms about environmental justice because of the location of the housing.
