I dunno about that one. The father would then have visitation rights. Not good. I look at mugshots daily. There’s a lot of money to be transferred if illegal immigrant prisoners could be made to serve out their terms as free men back in their home country. Plenty of druggie non-violent types we’re paying for. Make the Mexico’s take them back.
So the solution is to force the woman to have the child and then support them all by themselves? The father gets off scott-free? Again?
