I don’t mind helping the Ukrainians. The problem is where do we draw the line? Okay, it’s unlikely the Russians will nuke us. But if they are pissed off, they might send a virus to take out the Colonial Pipeline again. All of a sudden, the East Coast gets shut down. Our economy will get a heavy beating.
I personally don’t have a problem with secretly sharing secret intelligence with the Ukrainians to help them.
I do have a problem with secretly sharing secret intelligence with the Ukrainians then having the Neocon/Dem elites announce these secrets to the world in the pages of the New York Times and rub the Russians’ face in it.
No doubt the Russians assumed this was happening all along.
This of course once again illustrates the problem of having a deep state hostile to the USA and our history and principles in control of our foreign and defense policies.
Sparking a war between the USA and Russia may be in the interests of the Neocon/Dem elite global agenda, but it is not in the interest of Americans.
We’ve seen variations of this script before, such as when US intelligence agencies and law enforcement worked with agents of the Hillary campaign to fake Trump-Russia collusion in an attempt to install their preferred president.
This is retaliation for a host of cyberattacks and cyber threats over the years, plus endless hostile ratf***ing over everything. Russia has often not played nice.
Thats one way to look at it.
China has been far worse over cyberattacks fyi.
We still have “Rods from God”, dont we?
My guess is a cyber attack.
“Okay, it’s unlikely the Russians will nuke us.”
It is unlikely they will attack the US mainland. Yet.
It is increasingly likely they will use tactical weapons to block war supplies. It would only take one in western Ukraine. And I don’t think we wouldn’t do a thing.
