That happened so frequently in Summer 2020, I lost count of the buildings, damage and people killed/wounded.

With all the SCOTUS “watchers” someone will figure out who it was that leaked the draft. If a clerk leaves their position earlier than planned, it will be pretty obvious. Especially if a law clerk suddenly decided they prefer a career as a barista at Starbucks. If a long-time court employee suddenly decides to “retire” two or three years before they are eligible to collect their retirement benefits, that will be a clue. There may not be a formal announcement, but people will figure it out.
