In my spook days, I attended an analyst’s course at Langley (I was not CIA; I worked for a military intel analytical center). One of the guest speakers was a member of the Langley team that attempted to analyze the health of foreign leaders. He cautioned that such assessments are little more than speculation, unless you have access to the doctors who treated the leader, medical records, or both. And of course, the potential for exaggeration or disinformation is always present.

Putin’s health appears to be declining, but I would avoid consigning him to a death pool. If I had a buck for every time Fidel Castro was supposedly at death’s door (before he finally expired), I’d be typing this from my beach house in Belize.

On the other hand, it would be interesting to know how foreign intelligence services assess Biden’s health. Guessing the Russians, Chinese, Israeli and European agencies see him as being in worse shape than Putin—and you don’t need a medical degree to see that.

Stalin's last years were marked by paranoia and mistrust.

I believe this afflicts every dictator.

Perhaps with reason?

[Daily Mail (UK)] Boris Karpichkov (pictured), a former KBG agent who defected from Russia, told The Sun that Putin was 'insane' and becoming 'obsessed by paranoid ideas'.

Meet Boris Karpichov, Latvian born, British resident since 1998, British citizen since 2010:

https://www.theguardian.com/world/2022/feb/27/im-a-dead-man-walking-ex-russian-spy-says-defectors-in-uk-are-at-risk

He refused to keep working with the FSB in early 1995 and says he was threatened by his superiors and put under surveillance. Then he was arrested by the Latvian authorities in March 1996 on claims that he was involved in the embezzlement of funds from the collapsed bank Olympia. He denied any involvement and fled the country after being placed under house arrest.

Initially seeking refuge in Russia, he considered that he was at risk from both the Russian and Latvian intelligence agencies, as well as from organised crime groups. He arrived with his wife and family in the UK on 21 June 1998 and was granted indefinite leave to remain, becoming a British citizen in July 2010. He says he was not debriefed by the British security services because he is from Latvia, which is considered a friendly state.

[Daily Mail (UK)] Professor Solovey has been linked to the Telegram channel General SVR which reported on Saturday that Putin may be forced to give up control of the war in Ukraine for days as he is set for cancer surgery.

. . .

The surgery had been scheduled for the second half of April but was delayed, SVR claimed. It will now not take place before the Victory Day commemoration of Russia's World War Two victory in Red Square on May 9, the person alleged. General SVR reported that Putin has abdominal cancer and Parkinson's 18 months ago.

Detention of Nightingale may be related to the Ukrainian Telegram channel

The detention may be related to the cooperation of the political scientist and the General SVR Telegram channel, which, according to REN-TV, could have connections with Ukrainian and Western intelligence services.

It is noted that Nightingale regularly speaks live with the channel’s administrator, a certain Viktor Mikhailovich, who is allegedly a former general of the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) of Russia. According to the channel, in fact, this pseudonym is used by Ukrainian lawyer Viktor Ermolaev.

According to the investigation, Nightingale made publications in the anonymous Telegram channel General SVR.

According to the source, the administration of this resource is carried out from the territory of Ukraine by Viktor Ermolaev, a resident of Kharkov.

The source also said that Nightingale conducts regular streams with Ermolaev.

Professor Valery Solovy, a/k/a Nightingale on Telegram channel General SVR of Ukraine:

In Moscow, law enforcement officers detained a political scientist, Doctor of Historical Sciences Valery Solovy. The professor’s wife Tatiana Solovey told reporters about this, RIA Novosti reports on Wednesday, February 16.

It is reported that his son was also detained along with the professor. As the Baza Telegram channel clarifies, the search also took place at the home of Valery Solovy’s nephew Fyodor, who works as an editor at Match TV.

According to a TASS source, this is connected with the case of extremism.

Investigators seized all Nightingale’s equipment, as well as his wife and son

According to the Baza Telegram channel, law enforcement officers seized all computers, laptops, tablets and old phones belonging to Valery Solovy, his wife and their son. Also, the professor’s passport was taken away. A non-disclosure agreement was taken from the wife of the political scientist.

In addition, according to the channel, the investigators received full access to Nightingale’s phone, which was not password protected.

The goal of the CIA was, “when everything you know is a lie”. We are at that stage. Whatever comes out in the media, including on Fox must be filtered with an eye towards government propaganda. It is spread by government controlled FB, and Google/alphabet. There are others too, but the news we are getting about Putin/Ukraine/EU/Nato and much more, is programming.

Until Putin purges over 2/3 his military officers, sends millions of people to gulags and kills millions more via forced starvation he is nowhere near as paranoid as Stalin.
