No...I'm saying after two months of living normally under Russian administration and free from reprisal by Azov commissars, the people of Kherson have changed their perspective and are considering a referendum to declare independence from the Kiev regime.

The decision to avoid civilian casualties and surrender the city was a wise one. There are still a smattering of protesters, (an activity not allowed in Kiev) but they are unable to gin up the large crowds that greeted the Russian forces in early March.

Lol, The people of Kherson have changed their perspective because of Russian tear gas and stun grenades.
