Elon is famous for not taking crap from employees. There was a story from a high ranking Engineer at SpaceX. He said Elon told him when was offered the position, "I pay much more than anybody in the business, but that's because I expect much more, there will be times when you will miss important family events, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. There will be times when you have to work through the night or on weekends and holidays. I expect the job to come first. If you or your family can't accept that, than it's best for both of us if you decline the offer now."

Now in this day when bosses are expected to coddle their employees and cater to their every whim, Elon likely comes across to many as a complete monster. But the results of the various companies he runs speak for themselves.

Not code sabotage. With repositories, you could simply reset to an older version.

The sabotage would happen on the actual operation of the site. DDOS attacks, SQL injection to corrupt or destroy a database, things like that.

But yeah, Facebook or Twitter or any social media has data of users and user actions and posts.

Screwing up that data is a way to sabotage.
