For Musk the plan should be:

- set up new offices in Texas - NOT in Austin

- start hiring non woke staff

- identify those in the company who are not members of the wokeratti

- fire all of those who are.

- rip the code apart and get rid of all censorship. The new standard should be that only clearly illegal speech is banned (ie no threats of violence or pedos)

- invite back everybody who was previously banned
