Do you want to qualify that statement somehow? What does that mean? Salesforce is widely used in all aspects of commerce.

Salesforce is a shoddy sales software outfit that uses the Microsoft model of being the ‘troll on the bridge’ between businesses and their data. The CEO uses their data analysis and collection of their various companies to further his own political goals and will refuse service to any company he politically disagrees with and throws his weight around to block them from companies that require Salesforce to succeed (Shopify for example).
