To me this is the important part of this.
We know the FBI, operating as a partisan criminal syndicate, did not examine the DNC servers and more than likely on purpose.
If this clown Joffe is the source for both Alfa Bank lies and DNC hack confirmation, then most of us are correct in speculating there is no evidence Russia hacked the DNC
Joffe wasn’t with Crowdstrike.
Crowdstrike is the company that the DNC hired after the emails went public. Crowdstrike claimed it was the Russians, and the FBI accepted it.
