I don’t think the government should be involved at all.
The government has a role, if only to punish fraud and enforce contracts.
There are probably some sanitation standards which need to be enforced by the government, such as citywide sewer systems and such.
As far as I can tell, the Federal judge ruled that the CDC has no authority to mandate masks on public transportation.
What I want to know is what about individual rights? Where in the U.S. Constitution does it say that I must wear a mask or take a vaccine, if the govt says so? Where does it say that I cant go to church, if there is a flu?
I suspect it doesn’t say. Or maybe it is near the clause that says a woman can kill her unborn baby.
