You mean the same judiciary that goes along with pre-trial solitary confinement for the Jan 6 protestors?

Most of the January 6 defendants were released on bail.

I don't share your faith in the judicial system. It's become just as political, if not more so, than the other branches.

Then what's your solution?

Too many were not. And judges went along with the clear violation of their Constitutional rights.

Then what's your solution?

The first step is not pretending the answer lies in the judiciary. We need to vote in veto-proof statehouse majorities and regain control of elected courts such as in PA.
