The White House on Monday said it was “disappointing” that a federal judge ruled against the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) mandate for all people to wear masks on public transportation.
“This is obviously a disappointing decision,” White House press secretary Jen Psaki said during the daily briefing on Monday in reaction to the ruling.

A Florida federal judge and Trump appointee has liberated the U.S. airlines from the tyranny of having to enforce mask mandates. United and Alaska airlines did not waste any time in seconding that ruling by dropping their own mask requirements.

I passed by a restaurant Saturday evening. The unmasked crowd was having a good time.
And yet they have no such mandates on the illegals they are shuttling around the country.
NO, that is not what happened. The judge ruled that the CDC did not follow the law when they put out their mandate. CDC did not include a public comment period per the law. The issue has been remanded to the CDC to make get the CDC to properly make it a legal mandate.
Not to worry. As you read, the enemedia is cooking up some COVID fear porn. Just wait.

Most to the so called doctors at the CDC appear to be nothing more than political activists doing what ever they are told.
In any case the CDC is not the legislature. And even then there is the constitution.
My question is, what will happen if you go to the airport tomorrow and attempt to board a plane without a face diaper? You’re gonna have the TSA all over you.
These fascists are going to ignore this legal decision. They are not letting something like the law get in their way. Unless you have a pugnacious friend who is a trial lawyer who would like to come with you.
Maybe there is hope for Americans, who refuse to mask and ki$$ JB’s A$$.
Throw your damn masks away and refuse to do business with any company/store/whatever, requiring a mask.
It is “disappointing” because it was a source of power and control.
Florida is maskless. Seems we would all be dropping dead if masks worked and the virus demanded masks.

When Californicator land removed the mask requirement, those of us who responded quickly were often scolded by those still addicted to masks.
That has basically gone away/disappeared in a little more than a month.
Basically, no one is wearing a mask in N. California besides clerks and people working in a store or restaurant.
If they are wearing a mask, fine, unless they try to tell us to wear a mask.
Texas too. For well over a year.
I only see the occasional face diaper now.
I am disappointed also, I wish he would have issued a Summons for Fauci and FORCED him to offer some Real Science for this edict, then the Judge could have JAILED him for Contempt and referred him for Criminal Fraud Prosecution.
Most airlines have followed suit this evening and cancelled. Delta, American, Allegiant, Alaskan, Unit, and Southwest....
Videos of pilots and flight attendents making the announcements, and crying tears of joy. Passengers clapping and shouting. Fredom!!!!
I figured they would, but the Judge had an enormous opportunity to SAVE America by JAILING Fauci for Criminal Fraud and Contempt
