So far, no one from the Ukraine has claimed they ‘contributed’ to the situation. Appears to be just poor training or an internal matter. I wouldn’t go expecting some naval board to discuss the matter....will just be medals of ‘courage’ handed out.

That’s just not true, multiple Ukrainian sources claimed they destroyed it with a missile attack, hours before the Russians admitted there had been any incident at all.
