If, under your scenario, Russia withdrawals and Zelensky is removed there will be a power vacuum at a time when Ukraine is in ruins. This will most likely lead to a civil war. The question is what scenario would lead to an outcome that causes the Ukrainian people the least hardship. You can hate the leader and still dread the alternative.
