Maybe a lawyer can help us out here. On the Lars Larsson show there was an attorney who explained about criminal conspiracies (he was talking about the Durham investigation).

As I recall the statute of limitations runs out when the last act of a criminal conspiracy is committed, or something to that effect. Meaning that the statute of limitations still may have several more years.

Can anyone explain this?

There is no statute of limitations on the RICO suit Trump filed against Hillary and the whole cabal... and it sounds like it is based on Durham’s case and his filings. Remember even though it was never made public, Trump knows what he declassified on his way out the door.
