You're confusing a Russian propaganda piece from Mariupol with what happened in Buca.
Mariupol is on the southeast coast, Bucha is west of Kyiv, in the north.
They are more than one battalion and more like the umbrella term for neo-Nazi groups incorporated into the National Guard.
