I have no complaints with VA. Around my area they are pretty good.
I feel the same way. I have been retired Army for 25 years with 30 years service. I have used the VA for all of my healthcare requirements since then. I have moved a few times and changed VA service providers in different states. I have nothing but praise for all those at the VA that have treated me. When they thank me for my service I always thank them for theirs. (They serve us) Maybe I was just lucky? Doubt it and I doubt the article.
