It will, worst case, make things somewhat difficult for Germany for a season. But going forward Russia will find it very hard to get anyone to sign on for natgas service or any sort of foreign commitment.

Even China will be leery of any kind of dependency of this sort on Russia.

More like the opposite is true. Russia proved to be a very reliable partner over time, Europe is the opposite.
